Pacific Office Automation (POA) in Medford, OR, is hiring a Sales Development Representative – Entry Level for full-time, onsite work. You’ll start with structured training, build a pipeline through outbound calls and emails, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.

The role offers growth into a full-cycle Account Executive track, with uncapped commissions, a non-recoverable draw during ramp, and award-winning mentorship.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required).
• High energy, strong communication, and competitive mindset.
• Entrepreneurial drive and desire to control your income.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Athletic or campus leadership background is a plus.

What We’re Looking For

First-year OTE: $65,000+ with top reps earning $100,000+
