What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Proactively source new opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social engagement
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and the website, qualifying and routing them appropriately
  • Partner with Senior Account Executives and Marketing to prioritize target accounts, industries, and events
  • Research accounts and personas to personalize outreach and uncover potential business needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 1+ years of B2B SaaS sales development or outbound calling experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding performance metrics such as opportunities created or pipeline contribution
  • Ability to operate independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet activity and pipeline goals
  • Ability to work standard business hours as dictated by leadership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a consultative sales role
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo (US) or Lusha (EMEA)
