What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively source new opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social engagement
- Respond promptly to inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and the website, qualifying and routing them appropriately
- Partner with Senior Account Executives and Marketing to prioritize target accounts, industries, and events
- Research accounts and personas to personalize outreach and uncover potential business needs
- Maintain accurate records of activity, lead status, and opportunity progression in Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of B2B SaaS sales development or outbound calling experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding performance metrics such as opportunities created or pipeline contribution
- Ability to operate independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet activity and pipeline goals
- Ability to work standard business hours as dictated by leadership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a consultative sales role
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo (US) or Lusha (EMEA)
