Director of Temporary Staffing - Mergers & Acquisitions @ Vangst | High-Volume Recruiting Strategies

Our Client is the most trusted and experienced provider of cannabis regulatory systems in the United States. Their solution combines advanced software, radio‑frequency identification (RFID) technology, a dedicated customer‑support team, and a secure database to track and trace cannabis from growth, harvest, and processing to testing, transport, and sale. They work closely with state agencies and regulators to secure the cannabis supply chain, ensuring every plant and product is accounted for and compliant with regulations.

Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in the growth and business development efforts. This position focuses heavily on outbound phone sales, requiring a high volume of proactive dials (approximately 100 per day) to connect with mid‑level cannabis licensees. You will be responsible for qualifying leads, handling objections, and conducting high‑level product demos. Your goal is to guide potential clients toward webinars and hand them off to a specialist for further development.

Key Responsibilities
