Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact between potential customers and our sales team. Your job is to reach out, qualify leads, and set up appointments for our sales consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for incoming leads
- Call Large lists to qualify potential leads
- Qualify and unqualify leads for the sales team
- Track and follow up with many clients
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, social media, and calls to generate new leads
- Book appointments or consultations for the sales team
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone in all communications
- Track and log support issues accurately using CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Provide feedback on recurring issues and customer trends to the team
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Based in the Philippines with a strong internet connection
- Fluent and confident in English (spoken and written) – clear communication is key
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role (1+ years preferred)
- Previous experience in customer support (1+ years preferred)
- Salesforce experience (1+ years preferred)
- Experience with dealing
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
- Independent, self-motivated, and highly organized
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor/freelancer
- Background in design, home improvement, or e-commerce brands
- Hours between 8 am and 6 pm Pacific Time
