We’re a bootstrapped company (over $24M ARR) that has grown through supporting happy customers that refer business to us and create word-of-mouth excitement. We’re the go-to platform for brands, agencies, and networks, with 1,000+ customers including Mutual of Omaha, ClassPass, and Tapjoy.

About The Role
We are seeking a resourceful and intuitive Sales Development Representative who thrives on turning complex challenges into opportunities for connection and growth. You’ll be on the ground floor of a cutting edge company disrupting the multi-billion dollar ad industry.
As an SDR, you’ll get exposure to all types of businesses while speaking to stakeholders from ad operations to affiliate managers to CEOs. Through a consultative and analytical approach, you’ll be able to help identify real business needs and how Everflow can help them grow.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in the affiliate industry and understand how companies leverage performance marketing to maximize ROI and drive sustainable growth
- Educate prospects on how Everflow can help them streamline processes, understand their ad spend, and scale their partner marketing programs
- Research industry trends, news, economic pressures, regulations, and technology developments to understand the right companies to reach out to at the right time
- Prospect for new leads using a variety of tools: LinkedIn, Google, and Apollo
- Leverage outbound calls, emails, and social media to set meetings for our AE team
- Qualify inbound leads, respond to chat conversations, and set demo appointments
- Diligently update Hubspot, our CRM, to stay current on leads and follow ups
- Exhibit professionalism and superior customer service in all interactions
- Shadow our AE’s to help acquire skills you’ll need for your next role
- Focus on sourcing qualified leads that close and become high-quality customers
- Personal and Professional Development - grow in role and do the best work possible
Qualifications
While none of these requirements/qualifications are mandatory for hiring, candidates should demonstrate proficiency in some of these areas. As employees advance in their roles, they are anticipated to cultivate deeper expertise across all of these domains.
- Sales knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with a CRM - Hubspot is preferred but not required
- Affiliate Networking experience / Affiliate Marketing knowledge
Requirements
- 1 year of sales experience (Ideally as a SDR/BDR/MDR, but any pure sales role)
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, Economics, or another relevant field
- Prior usage and strong level of comfort with Linkedin and email outreach REQUIRED
- High energy, intelligent, driven, eager to learn, and committed to overachievement in all challenges you tackle. We’re looking for coachable people that want to be top sellers
- Tech-savvy - you enjoy working with software, easily learn new platforms, and have the ability to problem solve within the tools you are working in.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and drive to succeed
- Self-sufficient and driven - you’re not afraid to put in the hard work to build your career
- Process oriented and consistent - you thrive in a task and goal-driven sales environment
- General professionalism and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Compensation
Annual Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
