As an SDR/BDR, you will embark on a structured pathway designed to build your skills and confidence in tech sales. You will start with a comprehensive 2‑week bootcamp, followed by interviews with employer partners, and then participate in a 90‑day residency embedded within a partner organization. This immersive experience prepares you for a seamless transition into a full‑time sales development role.

Required Qualifications:
- English proficiency sufficient for professional work communication
- Currently authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer‑facing role such as retail, hospitality, customer support, fundraising, or account management
- Experience in a goal‑driven role with measurable targets (quotas, KPIs, bookings, revenue, or activity metrics)
- Ability to attend evening sessions during the 2‑week bootcamp
- Remote work with flexibility to operate from designated US states
