What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and qualify new leads and sales pipeline opportunities within a defined territory
- Research and develop strategies to penetrate assigned accounts
- Collaborate closely with a sales team and account executives to advance and close sales opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Continuously develop sales skills through on-the-job training and participation in events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in sales-related roles within Life Sciences (BioTech, Pharmaceuticals) for at least 1 year
- Bachelor's Degree with strong academic performance
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and direct customer engagement
- Consistent track record of running a metric-driven business with measurable results
- Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal, strategic communication, and critical thinking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Consulting, Customer Success, or Project Management
- Familiarity with Veeva, Salesforce, or other CRM systems
- Demonstrated interest in Life Sciences or Technology
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical major (STEM, Economics, Accounting, etc.) with a GPA of 3.0+
