Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As a SDR, you will be responsible for driving new business by reaching out to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and collaborating with our Sales and Marketing teams to achieve growth objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of a high-growth organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Execute up to 400 outbound activities daily, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Identify, screen, and qualify outbound leads through discovery calls and structured communication.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to design and implement targeted prospecting strategies.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline while ensuring accurate activity tracking and reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for smooth lead handoffs and conversions.
  • Stay accountable for daily/weekly KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Deepen your understanding of the sales funnel and contribute actively to the company’s growth trajectory.
Qualifications
