Job summary

PhoenixAI is seeking two Sales Development Representatives to join our growing GTM team. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, building pipeline and qualifying opportunities in global markets to accelerate growth.

You’ll conduct discovery calls, book meetings for account executives, and maintain clean CRM records while collaborating with marketing to optimize messaging and outcomes. A curiosity for data, AI, and cloud tech helps you thrive.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in SaaS or data infrastructure sales roles.
• Experience in B2B sales and outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication with technical and business audiences.
• Proactive, organized, and motivated in a startup setting.
• Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools: ZoomInfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Interest in AI, data, cloud, or analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and prospect target accounts through outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, events).
• Respond to and qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, webinars, Slack channels, and events.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to assess prospect needs and fit using MEDDIC.
• Book and manage high-quality meetings or demos for the AE team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM).
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and feedback from the field.
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs (e.g., qualified opportunities, meetings booked, conversion rate).
• Stay informed about PhoenixAI’s Agentic Database product capabilities, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

About the role

We’re looking for two highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our growing GTM team and help drive adoption of our Agentic AI Database.

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for many of our prospects. You’ll play a critical role in building pipeline, identifying qualified opportunities, and partnering closely with Account Executives (AEs) to accelerate PhoenixAI’s growth across global markets.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious about data, AI, and cloud technologies, enjoys engaging with people, and wants to develop a long-term career in enterprise sales.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a customer-facing role in B2B SaaS, AI, or data infrastructure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable engaging with technical and business audiences.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools (ZoomInfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Interest in AI, data, cloud, or analytics technologies is a strong plus.
