The Role

Presidio Vista is our newest growth engine—an elite inside sales organization focused on net new logo acquisition and growth. Our team benefits from formal onboarding, world-class enablement, and hands-on coaching that prepares you to become an elite, next-generation sales professional, not just an SDR.

SDRs here are trained to think like Account Executives and operate with the mindset of a franchise owner. This role is a proven launchpad into future Presidio selling positions, where you'll own deals and customer relationships. Your focus will be on prospecting into the Large Enterprise segment to uncover opportunities for our field sales team.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Identify, research, and engage high-potential enterprise accounts through outbound prospecting.
  2. Execute strategic campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other mediums to generate interest and meetings.
  3. Understand prospect org charts, business priorities, and opportunity plays.
  4. Deliver compelling messaging that aligns Presidio's offerings with prospect pain points and business outcomes.
  5. Partner with field Account Managers, OEM partners (Cisco, Dell, Pure, etc.), and solution architects for tailored outreach.
  6. Participate in high-rep cadence activities like call blitzes, role plays, and exercises.
  7. Track KPIs—activity, meetings, pipeline—and learn to tell the story behind the numbers.

Required Skills and Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/military background.
  2. A self-starter with grit, coachability, and a hunger to learn.
  3. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize across multiple initiatives.
  4. Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with presence on calls and video outreach.
  5. Strong team orientation—focused on winning individually and collectively.
