Job summary

Drive Social Media is seeking an SDR in the Dallas area to prospect SMBs nationwide through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach, booking introductory appointments for the sales team. You’ll handle high-volume calls with our dialer, keep Salesforce records up to date, and aim to meet weekly outreach and monthly appointment goals.

• Previous cold calling or high-volume phone experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilience and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage time and outreach cadence effectively.
• A desire to advance quickly in a high-growth sales organization.
• CRM experience or familiarity with tools like Orum is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect small to medium-sized businesses nationwide through outbound cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
