Now, we’re expanding in North America—and we need a driven Sales Development Representative to support our busy sales team

This is a commission-only, fully remote role with no cap on earnings. Perfect for experienced SDRs, freelancers, or anyone confident in their ability to book high-quality meetings in a competitive market.

What You'll Do:

  • Use our client-provided lead lists to prospect and book qualified appointments

  • Leverage your own tools or our recommended workflows to reach decision-makers

  • Log activity and booked meetings in HubSpot CRM

  • Pass qualified meetings to our internal closers — you get paid whether the deal closes or not, and even more if it does

What you’ll bring

  • 2-3+ years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, or B2B appointment setting

  • Strong communication, research, and cold outreach skills

  • Bonus if you know HubSpot CRM

  • Self-motivated, accountable, and ready to earn based on results

  • Comfortable working without a base salary – you get what you close

Compensation & Structure:

  • $200 per qualified meeting set

  • 1.5% commission on deals closed from meetings you book

  • Client lists and ICP criteria provided

  • Extra consideration for candidates experienced with HubSpot

  • Monthly Earnings:

    • Base performers: $3K–$4K/month

    • Top performers: $8K–$12K/month
