Position Summary: This is a top-of-funnel, outbound sales role focused exclusively on cold outreach and scheduling product demos. You’ll be the first point of contact, identifying qualified prospects and booking meetings for our executive team to close. You’ll be responsible for accurately logging all sales activity and communication in HubSpot, our CRM. This ensures visibility, supports reporting, and enables effective follow-up and lead nurturing over time.

This role is remote, with the ability to work out of the InnovA Fort Worth office as needed.

Key Roles / Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: You’ll focus on outbound outreach to a defined list of target auction companies already identified in HubSpot. While some light research may be required to personalize outreach, your primary responsibility is making contact and qualifying leads based on our ideal customer profile.
  • Appointment Setting: You will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, building rapport, evaluating their qualifications, and scheduling them for a demo session with our executive team.
  • Platform Knowledge: Develop a strong working knowledge of the InnovA platform so you can clearly communicate value and qualify prospects.
  • Collaboration: You will work directly with our executive team to share insights from your outreach and ensure the team has visibility of prospective customer feedback.

Required Education, Experience, And Qualifications

  • Two (2) or more years of sales experience is preferred, specifically with B2B cold calling.
  • Two (2) or more years’ experience in the auction industry is preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills. CRM experience (Salesforce, Hubspot) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong Interpersonal skills.
  • Tenacious Attitude, Good time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn, strong self-awareness.

Working Conditions

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Positions self to install equipment, including under desks.
  • Moves throughout the building to access files.
  • Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions.
  • Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment as needed.
  • Must be able to speak clearly on the phone and to fellow workers.
