Job description

The Sales Development Representative is an entry-level sales role focused on customer service management. This position involves generating and qualifying sales leads via live chat, email, and phone communication with customers. The goal is to become an expert on our products and services to meet customer needs while creating new sales opportunities with growth potential into Sales Specialist roles. This position is remote and may require flexibility between East Coast and West Coast hours.
