Job description

Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: Remote, occasional online meetings required. Must currently reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, CO, FL, GA, IL, MI, NC, OH, PA, SC, TX, VA. We do not offer sponsorship.

Salary: $55,000 base salary, uncapped commission

Are you a natural conversation starter who thrives on turning cold leads into opportunities? Do you enjoy working closely with sales teams to drive business growth? If you have experience qualifying leads, booking meetings, and using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot in a SaaS environment, this is the role for you. Bonus points if you’ve done it in healthcare tech.

Note: This is not a customer service or retail sales role.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and target key accounts across healthcare organizations, including provider practices, hospitals, and EHR vendors. Initially, you’ll focus on long-term care organizations such as skilled nursing facilities and senior living providers.
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative outbound channels to spark meaningful conversations.
  • Collaborate with sales to qualify leads, articulate the value of InteliChart solutions, and address customer pain points.
  • Hit and exceed goals for outreach activity and quarterly quotas to contribute to company growth.
  • Leverage tools like HubSpot, Bombora, Rollworks and ZoomInfo to analyze account signals, tailor outreach, and optimize results.
  • Maintain clean data in our CRM by updating key account and contact details.
  • Learn and adapt to feedback, embracing change as we evolve and grow.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing business role.
  • Experience qualifying leads and booking meetings for a SaaS company.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • A growth mindset and a passion for learning.
  • A knack for turning feedback into results.
  • The ability to stay productive in a remote work environment.
  • Bonus: Experience prospecting to long-term care organizations, such as skilled nursing facilities or senior living providers, is a major plus.
