Sales Development Representative - $25.00/hr base + monthly performance bonuses

Are you eager to kick-start a successful sales career? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy taking initiative? CallSource is looking for a self-motivated, entry-level Sales Development Representative to help build our sales pipeline and support our Inside Sales Team.

In this role, you’ll connect with businesses nationwide through outbound calls, assist with lead generation, and collaborate with marketing on special projects. Ideal candidates are confident communicators who are comfortable interacting with new people and driven to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and prospect potential clients to grow our lead database
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales staff
  • Understand and communicate CallSource’s value across industries
  • Manage a personal pipeline and track all activity in Salesforce
  • Leverage our tech tools to support meaningful sales conversations
  • Adapt to new priorities and maintain a product-focused mindset

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb new information and collaborate
  • Organized and efficient with attention to detail

Preferred Experience:

  • Comfort with outbound calling is required
  • Familiarity with marketing tactics and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Proven ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone
