Position Overview:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) works closely with the Sales and Marketing Teams to meet departmental goals. An SDR is focused on lead generation, lead qualification, and qualified handoffs to our Sales team (appointment setting). In this role, you will be engaging in intro and exploratory conversations - both via email and by phone - with business and IT leaders at target accounts.

Daily Activities:

  • Targeted outbound demand generation (Prospecting)
  • Execute on various outbound lead generation campaigns via email & calling
  • Engage and qualify leads
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Sales team
  • Help promote various events and follow-up to qualify registrations
  • Achieve Key performance indicators.
  • Lead qualification and handoff process to Sales
  • Identify the primary pain point/point of interest from the lead
  • Qualification of inbound leads (email, events, web forms, etc.)
  • Qualification of some partner referred leads
  • Maintain accurate records, logging interactions, and activities as you engage with prospects and customers
  • Networking
  • In-person events as needed
  • Many of the in-person events are hosted after hours. Candidates must be willing to travel to and from events in the Metro-Atlanta area.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Adaptability - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, quickly adapting to changing priorities, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
  • Be Customer Focused - Demonstrated customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding customers’ needs and/or identifying pain points.
  • 1-year minimum experience using CRMs (Wisetrack, GoHighLevel, ConnectWise, for example)
  • Collaboration - Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical experts, to achieve common objectives.

Compensation:

  • Base Pay

$ per marketing-qualified lead (MQL)

$ per sales-qualified lead (SQL)

  • Closed Won Deals

10% of Monthly Recurring Revenue of first month’s Contract Value
