What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate ideal prospect lists for the sales team
- Call prospects and schedule demos for Account Executives
- Target key accounts using a multi-modal outreach approach
- Assist in data quality management and enrichment
- Participate in sales training programs and learn CRM best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Desire to pursue a role in SaaS sales
- Motivated to make 40+ calls every day
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while managing time and priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Passion for the boutique fitness industry
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Ability to create engaging email copy that communicates product value
- Confidence in public speaking and video communications
