While English is our working language at Didask, at the moment we require professional proficiency in both English and French.
Didask is a SaaS e-learning solution that enables all organizations to quickly create, deliver, and administer truly effective online training. It is the first platform on the market to develop an AI based on cognitive science.
Our GenAI is specifically designed to address the unique challenges of learning and training, ensuring innovative and scientifically grounded results.
Developed by Didask researchers, it assists :
- Trainers in designing their courses by automatically transforming their expert content into interactive and didactic eLearning;
- Learners by personalizing the experience for each individual, providing tailored feedback and coaching throughout their learning journey.
As a French EdTech company, Didask was founded by researchers from cole Normale Suprieure (ENS) in Paris, driven by a passion for education and pedagogy. Since late 2021, we have been supported by a European investment fund that drives our growth and ambitious development projects. In May 2025, we\'ve secured a 10M fundraising to keep investing on our AI powered product and accelerate our growth in France and in Europe
Job Description
To support its growth, Didask is looking for a new IS / SDR to support its current team. Your role will be to convert leads into transactions for the Account Executives team.
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities: move leads from MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) to SQL (Sales Qualified Leads)
- Detect and contact prospects via optimized email sequences and calls (use automatic mailing tools, write email sequences)
- Schedule qualification meetings (R1) and book qualified meetings with Account Executives to advance them in the sales cycle
- Use and update the CRM (Hubspot) to qualify prospects and build its database of contacts
- Monitor and analyze your development KPIs and develop action plans to meet set objectives
- Be an ambassador for Didask at events (trade shows) and implement anything that seems relevant to increase sales
- Collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and support teams to provide feedback and new ideas
Profile We Are Looking For
- You have previous experience as an IS / SDR / BDR or in sales prospecting
- You have a pleasant and dynamic personality that will allow you to establish a good relationship with prospects and maintain it over time (calls, prospect meetings, and operational follow-up)
- You are autonomous and organized, analysis and measurement of your actions is a reflex, you have a synthesis spirit. You do not let yourself be overwhelmed and you know how to plan your tasks.
- You are collaborative, you do not hesitate to ask, you know how to welcome feedback and formulate it. You have a sense of listening and transparency in sharing information.
- You are comfortable orally and in writing
- You have a natural curiosity and seek to understand the topics you speak about
- You are comfortable with the main sales tools like HubSpot / Slack / Aircall
- An interest in the world of pedagogy and e-learning would be a plus

Additional Information
- Remuneration: Package between 35k and 40k at 100% achievement of objectives (depending on your experience). The variable remuneration is uncapped in case of overperformance.
