You will generate appointments for sales reps, nurture prospects, and collaborate to target accounts while showcasing Paychex’s suite of payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services.

The role emphasizes outbound calling, relationship-building, and effective use of Salesforce to maintain a healthy pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent business coursework.
• At least 1 year in lead gen or blended sales experience.
• Strong communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Familiarity with web conferencing tools and virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Generates appointments for sales representatives through daily outbound targeted telephone sales.
• Builds rapport with prospects by nurturing and conducting engaging conversations.
• Partners with selling representatives to target accounts and identify opportunities.
• Articulates competitive advantages and value propositions of Paychex products.
• Maintains CRM data accuracy to nurture an effective pipeline.
