Role Overview:
As a Business Development Partner, you will specialize in offering industry-leading coverage and business solutions to companies of all sizes—from local shops to major corporations. You’ll build lasting relationships with business owners and decision-makers, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions that support their success.
This is a business-to-business (B2B) sales and leadership role, with the opportunity to work with a diverse range of industries—restaurants, tech startups, manufacturing firms, and more. You'll demonstrate integrity, dedication, and excellent customer service, while shaping your own career path as a lead agent or team director. Regular professional development and mentorship from experienced leaders are key components of our commitment to your success.

- Earning Potential: $75,000–$100,000+ in your first year, with $120,000–$160,000+ within three years.

- Comprehensive Training: Minimum of five days of one-on-one field training, plus ongoing professional development at no cost.
