A leading teletherapy solutions provider is seeking a Junior Manager in Sales to lead a team of Business Development Representatives. This remote role involves coaching the team to achieve key performance indicators, optimizing sales processes, and collaborating with senior management on pipeline development. Ideal candidates have significant inside sales experience and a strong desire to grow as leaders, with a salary range of $85,000-$100,000 plus commission.

About this role
At Presence, we believe that we have a responsibility to help schools provide their students access to the specialized services they need. As a member in Presence’s dynamic sales organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 Inside Sales/Business Development Representatives. This role is ideal for a high-potential sales leader ready to step into people management and help drive pipeline growth through coaching, process improvement, relationship building with School Partnership Directors, and daily team support. The Junior Manager will play a key role in frontline execution, ensuring team success against outreach, KPIs, meeting-setting, and early pipeline development goals.
This role is also eligible to participate in Presence’s equity plan, subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
An employee’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
Salary range is $85,000-100,000 plus variable commission.
