What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage and grow business through consistent communication with assigned retail sellers and internal teams
  • Coach and train top retail sellers on products, programs, and technologies to influence grower decisions
  • Utilize tools such as the Account Plan and Farmer by Farmer Plan to execute strategies
  • Support retail sellers in Answer Plot and post-harvest meetings
  • Record account details in CRM software (Salesforce)
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business-related field plus 2 years of industry or direct sales experience; or 7 years of successful work experience in industry or direct sales
  • Proactive communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and formal presentation skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor others, suggesting improvements and leading change
  • Solid experience using Microsoft products and CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Must have a current and valid state driver’s license
