You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives.

What you need to know about this position: You will visit a pre-determined number of Independent and Symbol retailers regularly. You will work closely with a Cash & Carry wholesaler in or near your territory. You should be sensitive to your customers' needs and help grow their snacking range. This role involves remote working and building a motivated, collaborative team.
What extra ingredients you will bring: Proven FMCG sales experience, strong local knowledge, passion for Mondelez brands, a competitive yet team-oriented mindset, and resilience.
Education / Certifications: Preferred minimum of A level education, but not essential.
Job specific requirements: A valid driver’s license with no more than 3 points. Comfortable driving automatic or manual vehicles and working independently. Strong numeracy and communication skills are essential.
Travel requirements: Occasional overnight stays may be required.
Location to cover: Tottenham, Hampstead, Edmonton, Tufnell Park, Highgate, Camden, St Johns Wood, Hornsey, & Crouch End.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday.
