Job summary

Transamerica is seeking a Sales Desk Assistant to support our internal sales team in a Hybrid Denver setting. The role provides licensing support for SIE, Series 6, Series 63, and Life Insurance while preparing you for client-facing responsibilities.

You will partner with internal and external wholesalers, assist with marketing materials, and help manage sales processes and Salesforce data to ensure accurate, timely service for advisers and clients.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED equivalent required.
• Willing to obtain SIE, Series 6/63 Securities Licenses within 6 months hire.
• Willing to obtain resident state Life Insurance License within 6 months hire.
• Resourceful and well organized.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Works productively with Cedar Rapids home office departments and internal/external wholesalers to service Transamerica financial partners.
• Assists in fulfillment of marketing materials, trinkets, sales supplies, and mailing campaigns.
• Provides Pre/Post‑Sale business resolution and follow‑up with wholesaling team.
• Facilitates Pre‑sale licensing, agent appointment approvals, NAIC Suitability training.
• Supports timely divisional/channel sales and activity reporting.
• Maintains Salesforce data accuracy and functionality with wholesalers.
• Monitors sales supply inventory and coordinates timely replacements.
• Assists wholesalers to create, assemble presentations and ship illustrations to reps.
• Provides concierge service, collects information, and completes sales applications for approved advisers.
