Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives to help clients organize their homes. The role offers the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments and comprehensive training.

No prior experience needed; it''s a hybrid position with ongoing mentorship and a clear path to growth. You’ll work near your home in a franchise environment with support from a Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is required.
• 16-week paid sales training is provided.
• Reliable access to a vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Begin the day with scheduled appointments and lead follow-up (pre-set by the company).
• Build rapport to assess client organizational needs and propose closets solutions.
• Walk through the home to identify opportunities and present our products.
• Educate customers on our products and services and close sales.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to improve outcomes.
