What you’ll do:

1. Create an authentic educational client experience guiding clients on their wellness journey.
2. Deliver outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and engagement to foster team dynamics.
3. Prospect for new business by reaching out to new customers, growing existing accounts, and developing A&D relationships.
4. Process transactions and sales orders according to company policy.
5. Ensure visual and experiential standards are consistently met.

This might be you if you have:

• Retail sales or customer success experience (preferred).
• High energy and strong personal engagement skills.
• Experience with POS systems, proficiency with MS Office, web navigation, and 3D rendering programs.
• The ability to routinely move objects over 20 pounds and understand safety requirements.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, including one hour before and after operating hours.
