Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Design Consultant to drive retail sales of sheds, garages, and custom buildings. You will build strong relationships with residential and commercial customers, guiding them from needs assessment through installation.

You’ll participate in a paid training period and a commission-based plan with unlimited growth potential. First year earnings commonly fall between $55,000 and $75,000 depending on performance and market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new software and adapt to processes.

Responsibilities

Tuff Shedis recruiting for a motivated salesprofessional who has the drive to build strong relationships with customers and commercial accounts. We offer apaid training periodand commission program with an hourly base.

We are seeking high-energy and self-motivating individuals. You will be responsible for the retail sales of Tuff Shed products and services to residential and commercial customers. You will work directly with customers, helping them solve their storage solutions with our high-quality sheds, garages, and custom buildings.

The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assist customers in identifying needs, demonstrate product and option features, close the sale, and perform site checks (as required)
• Cultivate new sales leads driven by company sponsored advertising & marketing
• Act as the customer's point of contact from the sale to installation
• Assist customers by pulling permits (as required) and liaise with local HOAs
• Develop product knowledge to successfully convey the Tuff Shed advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Confidence, motivation, and a passion for building relationships
• An eye for design
• The ability to listen to customers and address their needs
• Proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software

Job Requirements

• A current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report

EDUCATION

• High School diploma or equivalent
