Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Designer/Sales Representative to help clients organize their homes. The role offers the flexibility of working from home with preset appointments and comprehensive training.

No prior sales experience is required, and top performers can advance through a structured pay/bonus track. You’ll join a nationally recognized team that designs, manufactures, and installs custom closets and home organization solutions.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 12-week sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Fully open schedule Mon to Fri and 2 Saturdays a month

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
