Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate in Florida to greet customers and build lasting relationships while educating them on tile products and installation. You will work in a fast-paced, commission-based environment, aiming to exceed sales goals with a professional and helpful demeanor.

Responsibilities include handling orders, providing product updates, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in commission-based sales environments preferred.

Job Description

• Proactively greet customers professionally
• Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy
• Conduct follow-up customer communication
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Work evenings and weekends
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

45K to 75K expected 1st year earnings in a draw pluscommission payment structure
