Sales Delivery Specialist II

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Sales Delivery Specialist II to join our rapidly expanding sales division here in the US at Peak Inc., the North American arm of Peak Scientific. Based in Westford, Massachusetts, our team comprises around 100 staff across the US and Canada.

The Role

As a Sales Delivery Specialist II, you will support our internal and external customers by responding to inquiries, processing orders, maintaining sales databases, and handling customer spares orders. You will interface directly with customers, process purchase orders, and analyze technical documentation such as bills of material (BOMs) to identify required parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and deliver sales quotations promptly.
  2. Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and data in CRM and ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy.
  3. Review purchase orders and quotations for accuracy before processing.
  4. Provide troubleshooting support for customer orders and account issues.
  5. Develop strategies to improve customer support operations.
  6. Analyze workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  8. Assist the sales team with data analysis and guidance to improve sales performance; support setup of new vendors/suppliers.
  9. Perform data entry related to sales metrics; support marketing activities like trade shows and customer lead management.
  10. Support the Spare Parts Department with quoting, invoicing, and delivery notifications.
  11. Monitor bid websites and assist in proposal preparations.
  12. Answer calls and develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
  13. Potentially manage team members, including performance management and coaching.
The Candidate

We seek someone experienced in managing diverse customers, with strong practical skills and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, quick to learn, and effective in communication. Previous experience with CRM platforms and at least two years in a similar role are required.
