Summary:

A Sales Delivery Specialist, under the guidance of the Manager of Technology, will assist the sales staff in delivering vehicles to customers. The goal of the Delivery Specialist is to ensure customers begin their ownership experience by fully understanding how to operate their vehicle.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in the delivery of their vehicles
2. Follow up with customers regarding the delivery of their vehicle
3. Maintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge in technologies such as Bluetooth, Enform 2.0, Safety Connect, Navigation System, Park Assist, Home Link, etc.
4. Present Lexus products effectively to ensure customer understanding
5. Resolve customer inquiries related to vehicle technology issues

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or GED required
2. Additional training and education are a plus
3. Related technical experience preferred

Must also possess:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
2. Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office Suite and iPads
3. Superior customer service skills
