Job Description:We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team at Massage Envy. As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing outstanding customer service. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also play an integral role in supporting our sales and membership goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Greet members and guests warmly, answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services, products, and membership options.
  • Sales Support: Promote and sell membership packages, upgrades, and retail products in line with company goals. Educate members on the benefits of regular massage and skincare treatments.
  • Scheduling & Booking: Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
  • Member Retention: Engage with existing members to ensure they are satisfied with their services and encourage them to maintain their memberships. Handle member concerns and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process payments, manage membership accounts, and handle basic administrative tasks such as maintaining records and filing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain spa cleanliness, and an exceptional guest experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, promotions, and products, and actively recommend products that will enhance the members' experience.

Qualifications:

  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
  • Previous customer service, sales, or retail experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, handle a fast-paced environment, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems or point-of-sale (POS) software is a plus.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
