Sono Bello is America's top cosmetic surgery specialist with 185+ board-certified surgeons performing laser liposuction and body contouring procedures. We seek dynamic team members who are warm, empathetic, and experienced in sales to contribute to an exceptional patient experience. Applicants must reside in Nevada to be considered for this role. We specialize in micro-laser assisted liposuction and total body transformation. Our surgeons are highly trained in micro-laser technology and perform thousands of body contouring procedures annually. We offer a unique combination of expertise, innovation, dependability, and affordability.
Responsibilities
- Welcome new patients via inbound/outbound calls, SMS, live chat, and email to schedule a free consultation (no cold calling).
- Support existing patients by sending follow-up requests, warm-transferring to centers, and handling non-urgent, urgent, and emergent medical escalations to connect patients with clinicians or an On-Call Surgeon, while adhering to Quality Assurance requirements.
- Accurately capture and enter patient information with detailed notes in our CRM systems.
- Adhere to compliance with call flow, candidacy screening questions, and all QA requirements.
- Own the first impression of the patient journey; engage with patients, build rapport, and help find solutions by overcoming objections.
- Collaborate with Leadership, Training, and QA to stay updated on new services and policies.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to navigate sensitive conversations with sales experience or strong communication abilities.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work remotely with individual accountability.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable navigating multiple systems on a PC.
- Reliable with exemplary attendance; able to work in a remote, home-based setting.
- Experience meeting/exceeding targets; able to demonstrate past performance.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 year in customer service; 1 year in sales with a quota or objective.
- Flexible schedule with ability to work at least one weekend day regularly.
- Private, quiet home workspace with lockable door; provided PC equipment. No other people allowed in the room while working due to patient privacy.
- Ability to perform basic technical troubleshooting; high-speed internet (at least 100 Mbps preferred; wired recommended).
- Ability to pass typing and skill assessments (e.g., 40 WPM, 95% accuracy).
Training & Schedule
Training schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am to 4:30pm PST for 8 weeks, then shifts may adjust (4pm-5pm or 12am-1am start, 8-hour shifts).
Sono Bello provides equipment before day one and requires a private, quiet workspace.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay of $16.00-$18.00/hour plus monthly bonuses.
