What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and qualify new accounts to expand business opportunities
- Develop and implement customer pursuit plans for end-to-end event solutions
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, including RFPs and proposals
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services and event execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years of proven success in a competitive business-to-business sales environment
- Experience in the live event industry, including virtual and hybrid events
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of relationship building
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and exceptional communication skills
