AAA Mountain West Group in Tempe, AZ is seeking an administrative support specialist to assist the sales team with scheduling, post-sale QA, and cross-functional coordination. You will manage Salesforce cases, assist with billing addendums, and help train new hires in related systems.

This hybrid role requires desktop and phone work, with some weekend shifts as needed. The position emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, with benefits including 401k matching

Formación

• 2yrs+ of administrative experience supporting a sales team.
• Call center experience (preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and review Salesforce cases and transfer to the correct team queue.
• Reconcile monthly sales and contests; support training for new hires.

NOTE: This role is hybrid and requires 3 days a week onsite in our Tempe, AZ office. Occasional weekend shifts maybe required based on business needs.

Essential Duties

• Assist sales team in coordinating with schedulers & installers for job completion, thorough post sales Quality Assurance process review and follow up with post sales customer questions regarding products, installation, billing etc.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure administrative elements of post sales needs are completed including Salesforce case review and billing or equipment addendums.
• Administer and review Salesforce cases and transfer to correct team queue.
• Reconcile monthly sales and contests.
• Assist with training new hires on various systems.
• May also assist in training on products and processes.
• Liaison between Sales Rep and IT when Sales Rep is experiencing technical issues.
• Assist in development of new policies and procedures.
• Ad hoc training with sales reps based on need.
• Special projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills

• Thorough understanding of Salesforce, Hubspot or similar Customer Relation Management system
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service to both internal team members and external customers.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively and professionally

Education and Experience

• 2yrs + of administrative experience supporting a sales team (supporting high volume sales teams preferred).
• Call center experience (preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Working Environment

• Works in an office environment sitting at a desk, table or computer workstation for extended periods of time.
• Approximately 80 percent of the time spent on the job involves the use of a computer and telephone.
