Sales Coordinator – Remote (Contractor based in Colombia) full time

We are seeking for a Sales Coordinator who will be a crucial partner to our Sales team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales process. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks, directly contributing to the team's success in acquiring and retaining clients. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The Sales Coordinator will be highly organized and proactive, anticipating needs and providing essential support to our Account Executives (AEs) and Client Success Managers (CSMs).

An ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, have strong project management skills, have acute attention to detail, be personable, and be a strong communicator.

What you’ll be doing

  • Draft and prepare sales-related documents, including contracts, proposals, and information packets.
  • Maintain understanding of the sales team's schedule for execution.
  • Assist Account Executives and Client Success Managers in preparing for calls and client visits.
  • Accurately and promptly update all relevant information in our CRM, HubSpot.
  • Track and report on key Sales KPIs as needed.
  • Manage and maintain client data in our project management tool, ClickUp.
  • Ensure client onboarding is completed within internal SLAs.

Marketing Support (Cross-Trained):

  • Develop engaging graphics, content, documents, and videos for marketing and sales purposes.

Conference & Event Planning:

  • Coordinate and assist with tasks related to conference participation.

Client & Internal Support:

  • Provide administrative support for webinars.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to ScreenSpace.
  • Organize and manage email correspondence related to sales leads.
  • Manage leads through various other communication channels.
  • Create and manage the sales department policies and procedures.
  • Other sales activities, as requested.
