Position Summary

The Sales Coordinator, Premium will provide administrative and operational support to the premium sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales processes and superior client service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The coordinator will assist with contract management, premium client communications, and office coordination, playing a key role in supporting revenue generation and retention efforts.

This role pays an hourly rate of $32-$39

Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).

This position will remain open until August 29, 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the premium sales team with administrative tasks, including contract preparation, data entry, and reporting.
  • Coordinate client communications, scheduling meetings, and managing inquiries for premium clients.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate premium sales data.
  • Support event planning and logistics for premium client activations.
  • Oversee contractual obligations and revenue tracking related to premium sales.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for premium offerings.
  • Collaborate with departments such as finance, legal, and operations to ensure contract compliance and smooth execution.
  • Provide exceptional service to premium clients, supporting retention efforts.
  • Manage office operations, ensuring an efficient work environment for the premium sales team.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, office coordination, or administrative roles, preferably in premium or B2B sales.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic Understanding Ticketmaster Archtics.
