YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

You will be a key part of our team, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable impression. Your voice matters—help us shape the future, make an impact, and enhance the guest experience.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  1. Coordinate and execute group room blocks and rooming lists, maintaining accurate accounts in our property management system.
  2. Manage all group room resumes within the hotel property system.
  3. Handle new and existing LNA accounts, communicating rate sheets with operations teams.
  4. Assist sales with administrative tasks such as proposals, contracts, entering bookings, and scheduling.
  5. Follow up on client inquiries via calls and emails.
  6. Maintain the client relations database for accurate reporting.
  7. Support the Director of Sales and Sales Manager during their absence.
  8. Assist with on-property wedding, social, and corporate site tours.
  9. Process correspondence and organize paperwork and work areas.
  10. Coordinate reports and projects as assigned.
  11. Participate in resume overview and BEO meetings with operations.
  12. Work with front desk to ensure reservation accuracy.
  13. Coordinate deadlines with sales for rooming lists, cut-offs, and contacts.
  14. Arrange amenities, shuttles, billing, vouchers, gift bags, and special requests.
  15. Prepare wedding and meeting packets for expos and tours, maintaining stock at the front desk.

Requirements

What It Takes to Succeed

Education

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Experience and/or Training

  • At least one year in sales or customer service, with report-writing and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing and two or more years of industry experience, especially in hospitality, will stand out.

Mandatory Requirement

U.S. Work Authorization.
