What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the first point of contact for assigned Territory Managers and Customers, providing administrative support and resolving inquiries
- Process customer orders through internal systems and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Promote customer engagement and highlight ongoing promotions for upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with Territory Managers to drive sales performance and maintain customer shopping lists
- Respond to inquiries from customers and Territory Managers in a timely manner, escalating issues as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of previous customer service experience required
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with problem resolution ability
- Solid customer service orientation with the ability to influence and persuade customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in food service distribution preferred
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.com
