Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Exeter is seeking a Sales Coordinator to drive revenue and meet occupancy and ADR targets. You will manage hotel sales per Island Hospitality Management and Brand Standards, supporting promotional materials and administrative duties while maintaining strong ties with the General Manager and Director of Sales.

The role may require flexible scheduling and involves collaboration with the local business community to maximize REVPAR and market share.

Qualifications

• Active involvement in community/government affairs to market the hotel
• Ability to drive outside sales calls
• Develop and implement marketing/sales plans to maximize REVPAR and market share
• Know key accounts and actively sell via sales calls and property tours
• Prepare reports for management

Responsibilities

• Produce revenue for the hotel and meet revenue objectives
• Manage all sales areas per Brand Standards
• Assist with promotional materials and administrative duties
• Coordinate with General Manager and Director of Sales
• Support front office operations as needed
