Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation, a leading forklift and material handling equipment manufacturer in the United States, is seeking an entry-level Order Entry Specialist to support customers and internal teams.

You will perform order entry, processing, invoicing tasks, and basic inquiry support in a fast-paced environment with limited travel. This full-time role emphasizes accuracy and teamwork within Crown’s service operations.

Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a customer service environment preferred
• Associate’s degree (Business) preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform order entry and editing for orders.
• Review and process orders with remote entry systems.
• Process credits and re-invoicing.
• Provide basic support for inquiries.
• Research invoices to approve and/or deny.
• Complete basic reporting.
