Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate in Goodyear, AZ to support order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and stock maintenance. You will help with inventory counts, year-end processes, and keeping records accurate in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires lifting equipment operation, safe driving, and a commitment to a clean, safe workspace. Training provided; qualifications include a HS diploma and a valid license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Less than 2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Order pulling, shipping, receiving, stocking, and tire pressing.
• Inventory control including cycle counts of stockroom, vans, and customer consignments.
• Process inbound and outbound parts returns.
• Assist with year-end processing and reporting.
• Maintain records, files, and a clean and safe working environment.
• Answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians.

Minimum Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks

Preferred Qualifications

• Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
