Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Sales Coordinator to drive community growth by turning inquiries into tours and tours into move-ins. You will build trust with prospects, families, and referral sources while presenting the community with professionalism and care.

In this role, you respond to inquiries quickly, conduct tours, and collaborate with staff to ensure a welcoming, tour-ready environment. A passion for working with the elderly and a proven ability to close sales are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of senior living or housing sales experience.
• Degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
