Jaybird Senior Living seeks a Senior Living Sales Coordinator to convert inquiries into tours and tours into move-ins, building trust with prospects, families, and referral sources. You will ensure the community is tour-ready and welcoming while representing the community with professionalism and care.

You will collaborate with the Community Director and staff, support marketing initiatives, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of senior living or housing sales experience.
• Degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for working with the elderly and ability to close sales.

Responsibilities

Wage Range: $44,000-55,000 Annually (Base) + Commission

We are seeking a Senior Living Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator drives community growth by converting inquiries into tours and tours into new resident move-ins. Focuses on building trust, nurturing relationships, and representing the community with professionalism and care.
