Hilton Garden Inn of Schahet Hotels is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales team.
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the sales department, ensuring smooth operations, efficient client communication, and timely follow-up on sales leads and group bookings.

Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales and the sales team
Coordinate group bookings and input room blocks and events into the system
Respond to incoming sales inquiries with professionalism and urgency
Prepare contracts, proposals, and reports as needed
Assist in coordinating site tours and client visits
Maintain accurate client records and correspondence logs
Liaise with other departments to ensure successful group and event execution
Track lead sources and support in building marketing materials or reports
Perform other duties as assigned
Previous administrative or sales experience preferred (hospitality industry a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings for events
