Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Sales Coordinator for our growing team. The role focuses on increasing sales through timely execution of marketing and merchandising programs, inventory assistance, and effective product presentations.

You will provide excellent customer service, maintain plan-o-grams, assist with pricing and signage, and support inventory control. This position offers full-time hours with benefits and opportunities to grow within a nationwide retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Merchandiser preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to communicate and resolve issues professionally.
• Ability to handle problems and facilitate successful outcomes.
• Flexibility to take on additional tasks and directions from management.
• Strong computer skills and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

What You'll Need To Have For The Role

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to handle problems and facility successful outcomes

• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $30,000 - $60,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
