Job summary

Doubletree-Birmingham-Perimeter-Park is seeking a Hotel Sales Coordinator to assist clients in booking meetings and events, coordinate with hotel departments, and liaise with outside vendors to ensure smooth operations.

The role supports the sales and marketing team, answers inquiries by phone and email, and prepares proposals and reports to help secure business. A strong emphasis on customer service and cross-department collaboration is essential.

A Hotel Sales Coordinator assists clients in booking hotel meeting and event spaces, supporting the efforts of the team within his department as well as providing services directly to the client. The coordinator also works with various hotel departments, as well as with outside vendors, to ensure that events and meetings run smoothly.
