YOUR MISSION

You’ll be responsible for optimizing the path from application to conversion across our high-ticket programs. Your job isn’t to cold-pitch or chase leads it’s to convert qualified , ad-generated applications into clients through smarter systems, better follow-up, and personalized experiences.

Your mission:

Increase our sales conversions by building and managing a follow-up engine that turns warm, ready-to-move leads into buyers.

This is not a "take calls all day" role—this is about owning the conversion engine of a high-ticket funnel.

You’ll work closely with our Sales Director to:

  • Implement and optimize a setters + follow-up system that converts applications into clients.
  • Manage application flow, follow-up sequences, reminders, and post-call tracking with precision.
  • Drive speed, volume, and quality of sales conversions through systems, team coordination, and data.
Your Superpowers:
  • You’re obsessed with conversion , not just calls.
  • You’ve supported or built a sales system in a coaching, consulting, or info-product business .
  • You understand high-ticket psychology—and you’re not afraid to test, track, tweak, and repeat.
  • You can create structure build SOPs, and delegate cleanly.
  • You love fast-paced environments with smart, driven people.
What You’ll Own:
  • Inbound application follow-up (SMS, email, story replies)
  • CRM optimization + conversion reporting
  • Setter flow + call prep coordination
  • Pipeline management + calendar control
  • Sales process documentation + optimization
  • Daily/weekly lead tracking + feedback loops with ads/content
Compensation:
  • Contractor-to-hire
  • $70K–$100K base equivalent, depending on experience
  • Performance bonuses tied to conversion volume and sales KPIs (potential to earn $120K–$150K+)
  • Part-time to full-time ramp based on mutual fit + results in first 90 days
  • Completely remote 95% of the year
