$75K - $250K (results vary)

The Weyland Agency is actively looking for a dynamic and results-oriented sales consultant, team member, and business partner to mentor for senior positions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-oriented, confident, and ambitious. The role involves building a team and selling instant issue and simplified issue life insurance to homeowners wanting to protect their home due to death or disability. We offer retirement solutions, whole life, term, critical illness plans, and plans with living benefits. Currently, we have more prospects than agents to work them, with 16 different types that are compliant. Our field underwriters meet with clients over the phone or via Zoom to help them apply for insurance policies.

Training for our sales consultants is provided through an online platform with top industry sales representatives and team builders, including one-on-one mentorship and events. No experience is necessary; commitment and consistency are essential to reach the top level. We seek coachable, results-driven individuals to join our team.

Compensation

The average is around $400-$650 per application (results vary). Full-time underwriters typically write 5 or more applications weekly. Part-time or full-time hours are available. Promotions are results-oriented, with potential passive income of $200,000 to $500,000 annually after a few years of dedication. You can earn a 5% raise every month for the first three months, then every two months thereafter (results vary).
